Basic information
- Phenotype
- mutation burden
- Description
- Tumor mutation burden is the number of non-synonymous variants per million base pairs.
- Method
- Tumor mutation burden (TMB) was extracted from the mutation annotation file (maf) by the maftools R package (V2.10.0) (PMID: 30341162). It was calculated as the number of non-synonymous variants per million bp.
Gene association
Number of significant genes with P-value ≤ 10-6 for each cohorts are summarized in bar plots. The scatter plot highlights significant associations diven by protein rather than mRNA abundance.

Gene set enrichment analysis
Submit genes and the common logarithm of the p-values of their association with mutation burden to WebGestalt.
Phosphosite association
Number of significant genes with P-value ≤ 10-6 for each cohorts are summarized in the bar plot. The scatter plot highlights significant associations diven by phosphorylation rather than protein abundance.
