Basic information

Phenotype
mutation burden
Description
Tumor mutation burden is the number of non-synonymous variants per million base pairs.
Method
Tumor mutation burden (TMB) was extracted from the mutation annotation file (maf) by the maftools R package (V2.10.0) (PMID: 30341162). It was calculated as the number of non-synonymous variants per million bp.
Gene association

Number of significant genes with P-value ≤ 10-6 for each cohorts are summarized in bar plots. The scatter plot highlights significant associations diven by protein rather than mRNA abundance.

Submit genes and the common logarithm of the p-values of their association with mutation burden to WebGestalt.

Phosphosite association

Number of significant genes with P-value ≤ 10-6 for each cohorts are summarized in the bar plot. The scatter plot highlights significant associations diven by phosphorylation rather than protein abundance.
