Description

History of tobacco smoking as reported by the participant. This includes non-smoker (<100 cigarettes in a lifetime), current smoker (both daily and non-daily), and past smoker (smoked any time in the past).

Number of significant genes with P-value ≤ 10^-6 for each cohorts are summarized in bar plots. The scatter plot highlights significant associations diven by protein rather than mRNA abundance.
