Basic information

Full name
WD repeat domain 3
Ensembl
ENSG00000065183.16
Summary
This gene encodes a nuclear protein containing 10 WD repeats. WD repeats are approximately 30- to 40-amino acid domains containing several conserved residues, which usually include a trp-asp at the C-terminal end. Proteins belonging to the WD repeat family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. * P-values could be from test for Spearman correlation, Wilcoxon rank sum test, Jonckheere-Terpstra trend test or Cox regression depending on the data type. P-values for individual cohorts can be clicked to show the data plots. The matrix icons in each row can be clicked to show a heatmap summary of associations across all cohorts and omics. The rows in the table can be expanded to show results from other omics.
